Overview

SSH Command Widget ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the App collects and how it's used, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data Collection

The App does NOT collect, transmit, or share any personal data with us or third parties.

All processing occurs locally on your device. We have no access to your data.

Data Stored Locally

All data you enter is stored locally on your device only:

• Server connection details (hostname, port, username)
• SSH credentials (passwords and private keys) - stored encrypted
• Command configurations
• App preferences and settings

Legal Basis (Art. 6 GDPR): Contract performance - the data is necessary to provide the App's functionality that you requested.

Network Connections

The App only connects to:

1. SSH servers that you explicitly configure
2. App Store for purchase verification

In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed entirely by Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy policy applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

Legal Basis: Contract performance for the purchase transaction.

Data Security

• Passwords and private keys are stored using iOS Keychain
• Backup exports can be optionally encrypted with AES-256
• No analytics, crash reporting, or tracking is implemented

Data Retention

Your data remains on your device until you delete it. We do not retain any data on our servers because we do not collect any data.

Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:

Right to Access (Art. 15 GDPR)

You can view all your data directly in the App. Since no data is transmitted to us, we cannot provide data access - it's already fully under your control.

Right to Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)

You can edit all your data directly in the App (servers, commands, settings).

Right to Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)

You can delete your data at any time:

• Delete individual servers or commands in the App
• Use "Clear All Data" in Settings
• Uninstall the App

Right to Data Portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

You can export all your data using the "Export Data" feature in Settings. The export is in JSON format.

Right to Object (Art. 21 GDPR)

Since we do not process your personal data, this right does not apply.

Right to Restriction of Processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

You have full control over processing by using or not using the App.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.

Third-Party Services

• Apple StoreKit: For purchase verification. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• No other third-party services are used

Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for use by children under 16 years of age (Art. 8 GDPR).

International Data Transfers

No data is transferred internationally. All data remains on your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes, we will provide notice through the App.
