By downloading, installing, or using SSH Command Widget ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

SSH Command Widget is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Execute SSH commands on remote servers

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for:

• All commands executed through the App
• Any actions taken on remote servers
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Obtaining proper authorization to access remote servers

3.2 Credentials and Security

You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your SSH credentials
• Maintaining the security of your device
• Any activity that occurs using your stored credentials

4. Purchase Terms

4.1 Free Trial

• New users receive a 2-day free trial
• No payment is required during the trial period
• Trial automatically ends after 2 days

4.2 One-Time Purchase

• Premium features are available as a one-time purchase
• Payment is processed through the App Store
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Once purchased, premium features are unlocked permanently

4.3 Refunds

• Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies
• We do not process refunds directly
• Request refunds at https://reportaproblem.apple.com

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Remove any copyright notices

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Damages arising from your use of the App
• Actions taken on remote servers through the App
• Unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these terms
• Is harmful to other users or third parties
• Is fraudulent or illegal

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
